About the role

We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager with a passion for making positive change and an interest in AI, machine learning or law. If you feel you have bundles of initiative and are excited about communicating innovative ideas & projects to a wider audience please read on!

• You will be responsible for working with Company Leaders on existing content and executing effective social media campaigns and strategies that are in line with the company’s objectives to grow our online presence and engagement
• You will be responsible for workflows involving the publishing of content to social media, such as video editing, formatting and captioning
• You will manage content across multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok
• You will plan for and execute creative campaigns that produce engaging experiences, educate our audience, build on the current hype around AI and draw attention to the innovative work we are doing
• You will monitor and analyse performance of campaigns, and adjust as needed to optimise future learning and future results
• You will monitor social media trends and develop new strategies to engage target audiences
• You will monitor our competitors and stay up to date on industry and market trends
• You will identify and report on opportunities to improve content and engagement, and have the autonomy to post your own content
• You will work closely with the design team to maintain brand consistency across all channels

Requirements

About you

• You possess a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence as well as experience with LinkedIn, TikTok and Twitter
• You are a talented writer and a confident video editor
• You aim to be the best in your field and seek for the best quality while focusing on quantity
• You are keen to work independently, as well as collaborate with a small, diverse team
• You possess excellent organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Advantageous is a solid understanding of social media publishing, automation, analytics and reporting tools
• Optional but exceptional would be any prior experience in PR (Social Media is the new PR after all)

Interview process

• You will initially meet our Talent Acquisition Manager, Charlette followed by a social media take-home task. This will then be discussed at interview with our Growth Marketing Lead, Alex and our CEO and co-founder, Rafie. Finally you will meet some of our friendly team at Culture round!
